باستخدام eSIMSupra، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة هذه. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. الأطراف والاتصال

eSIMSupra (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by the legal entity trading as eSIMSupra, contactable at [email protected]. "You" means the adult purchaser or user of a plan.

Operator note: replace with your registered company name, address, jurisdiction of incorporation, and company number before commercial launch.

2. الأهلية

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence if higher) to purchase a plan. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have legal capacity to contract.

يوفر eSIMSupra خطط بيانات eSIM مدفوعة مسبقاً تُسلَّم رقمياً. تتفاوت التوفر والتغطية حسب الوجهة.

Plan availability, included data, validity, speed, and supported carriers are listed on each plan page and may change over time. Network coverage is provided as-is and depends on local carrier infrastructure, your device's band support, and regional conditions beyond our control.

4. الطلبات والأسعار والضرائب

• يتم عرض الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي بشكل افتراضي وبالعملة المحلية عندما يكون ذلك مدعوماً. يتم إجراء الرسوم النهائية بالدولار الأمريكي بواسطة معالج المدفوعات لدينا؛ تحويل البنك وفروقات العملات خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
• الضرائب وضريبة القيمة المضافة أو ضريبة السلع والخدمات، حيثما تنطبق، إما مضمنة في السعر المعروض أو تُضاف عند الدفع كما تم الإفصاح عنها لك قبل تأكيد الدفع.
• يصبح الطلب ملزماً عندما نرسل إليك رسالة تأكيد الطلب بالبريد الإلكتروني. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء طلب إذا بدا احتيالياً أو انتهك قوائم العقوبات أو تم تقديمه من ولاية قضائية محظورة.

2. التسليم والتفعيل

تُسلَّم eSIMs عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعد الدفع. يتطلب التفعيل جهازاً متوافقاً وغير مقيّد واتصالاً بالإنترنت.

3. الاسترداد

Refund eligibility is governed by our سياسة الاسترداد, which forms part of these Terms. Where EU/UK consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods, you acknowledge that activating the eSIM profile begins performance of the service and therefore extinguishes that right for the activated plan, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم الخدمة لأنشطة غير قانونية أو مسيئة. نحتفظ بحق تعليق الخدمة عند الانتهاكات.

8. الملكية الفكرية

The website, brand, logo, site copy, design, and software are the intellectual property of the operator of eSIMSupra and its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

9. الضمانات وإخلاء المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that coverage, speed, or availability will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

5. تحديد المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific plan that gave rise to the claim within the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, missed bookings, roaming charges on your home carrier, or travel-plan disruption. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

11. القانون الحاكم والنزاعات

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation between you and us for at least 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you a right to your local court. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Operator note: specify the exact governing law and forum (e.g. "laws of England and Wales, courts of London" or "laws of Delaware, state and federal courts of Delaware") before commercial launch.

12. الإنهاء

We may suspend or terminate the service or your access to any part of it at any time for breach of these Terms, legal compulsion, or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, warranties, liability, governing law) will survive.

6. التحديثات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. الاستمرار في الاستخدام يعني قبول الشروط المحدّثة.

14. أحكام متنوعة

• قابلية الفصل. إذا اعتبر أي جزء من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، يبقى الباقي ساري المفعول.
• اتفاقية كاملة. هذه الشروط، مع سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط وسياسة الاسترداد، تشكل الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبيننا.
• لا يوجد تنازل. عدم قيامنا بإنفاذ حكم لا يعني التنازل عن حقنا في إنفاذه لاحقاً.
• التنازل. لا يجوز لك التنازل عن هذه الشروط دون موافقتنا الكتابية. يجوز لنا التنازل عنها كجزء من اندماج أو استحواذ أو بيع أصول.
• القوة القاهرة. نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأحداث خارج سيطرتنا المعقولة (انقطاعات في مشغلي الشبكات upstream، والكوارث الطبيعية، والإجراءات التنظيمية، وأعمال الحرب).
