Al usar eSIMSupra, aceptas estos términos. Léelos con atención.

1. Partes y contacto

eSIMSupra (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by the legal entity trading as eSIMSupra, contactable at [email protected]. "You" means the adult purchaser or user of a plan.

Operator note: replace with your registered company name, address, jurisdiction of incorporation, and company number before commercial launch.

2. Elegibilidad

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence if higher) to purchase a plan. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have legal capacity to contract.

1. Servicio

eSIMSupra ofrece planes de datos eSIM prepagos. La disponibilidad varía por destino.

Plan availability, included data, validity, speed, and supported carriers are listed on each plan page and may change over time. Network coverage is provided as-is and depends on local carrier infrastructure, your device's band support, and regional conditions beyond our control.

4. Pedidos, precios e impuestos

• Los precios se muestran en USD por defecto y en tu moneda local cuando es compatible. El cargo final se realiza en USD por nuestro procesador de pagos; la conversión bancaria y los diferenciales de cambio están fuera de nuestro control.
• Los impuestos, IVA o GST, cuando corresponda, están incluidos en el precio mostrado o se añaden en el checkout según se te haya informado antes de confirmar el pago.
• Un pedido se vuelve vinculante cuando te enviamos el email de confirmación del pedido. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar o cancelar un pedido si parece fraudulento, viola listas de sanciones o se realiza desde una jurisdicción bloqueada.

2. Entrega y activación

Las eSIM se entregan por email tras el pago. Requiere dispositivo compatible y conexión a internet.

3. Reembolsos

Refund eligibility is governed by our Política de reembolso, which forms part of these Terms. Where EU/UK consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods, you acknowledge that activating the eSIM profile begins performance of the service and therefore extinguishes that right for the activated plan, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Uso aceptable

No uses el servicio para actividades ilegales o abusivas. Podemos suspender el servicio.

8. Propiedad intelectual

The website, brand, logo, site copy, design, and software are the intellectual property of the operator of eSIMSupra and its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Garantías y exenciones de responsabilidad

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that coverage, speed, or availability will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitación de responsabilidad

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific plan that gave rise to the claim within the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, missed bookings, roaming charges on your home carrier, or travel-plan disruption. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

11. Ley aplicable y disputas

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation between you and us for at least 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you a right to your local court. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Operator note: specify the exact governing law and forum (e.g. "laws of England and Wales, courts of London" or "laws of Delaware, state and federal courts of Delaware") before commercial launch.

12. Terminación

We may suspend or terminate the service or your access to any part of it at any time for breach of these Terms, legal compulsion, or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, warranties, liability, governing law) will survive.

6. Actualizaciones

Podemos actualizar estos términos. El uso continuado implica aceptación.

14. Disposiciones varias

• Divisibilidad. Si alguna parte de estos Términos se considera inaplicable, el resto sigue vigente.
• Acuerdo completo. Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad, la Política de Cookies y la Política de Reembolso, forman el acuerdo completo entre tú y nosotros.
• No renuncia. Nuestro incumplimiento en hacer cumplir una disposición no renuncia a nuestro derecho de hacerla cumplir más adelante.
• Cesión. No puedes ceder estos Términos sin nuestro consentimiento por escrito. Nosotros podemos cederlos como parte de una fusión, adquisición o venta de activos.
• Fuerza mayor. No somos responsables de eventos fuera de nuestro control razonable (interrupciones en operadores upstream, desastres naturales, acciones regulatorias, actos de guerra).
